Hatha Yoga

A gentle, yet complete Yoga practice to restore balance in the whole system. Through specific Asanas, we will work towards harmonizing the masculine (Ha = sun) and feminine (Tha = moon) energy in the body, ending with Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and a brief meditation to purify and balance the nervous system. You will leave refreshed and uplifted. Suitable for all levels. Single class $23 or you can purchase a multi-class pack at a discounted price (visit "packages").

Pranayama Foundations

Support your health and vitality with the powerful practice of Pranayama, where you will learn how to control your breath to regulate the nervous system, clear the mind, and nourish and purify the entire body.

On a physiological level, Pranayama improves blood oxygenation and detoxification, supporting the functioning of all organs, and reducing stress, anxiety and chronic pain.

On a subtle level, as we build awareness of our breath and learn how to control its delicate fluxes, the mind becomes clear and focused, enabling a deeper experience of Self exploration and expansion of Consciousness.

This workshop covers three foundational breathing practices: Dirga Svasam (deep, diaphragmatic breathing), Kapalabhati (skull shining breath) and Nadi Suddhi (alternate nostril breathing). 

Whether you want to advance your Yoga practice, or simply learn how to control your breath to improve your physical and mental health, this workshop is an opportunity to refine your technique and deepen your understanding of the science and benefits of Pranayama.

Reconnect Program

A 6-week journey to reconnect with yourself, restore balance & cultivate resilience to live a more sustainable, healthier and happier life. You'll embark with a few other participants in a small group setting, and each week I'll guide you through a new module, which we'll practice both together and at your own pace. The course integrates evidence-based practices rooted in Yoga and Mindfulness to equip you with a comprehensive skillset that will support you throughout your life.

The practice includes mindful movement, deep relaxation and breathing practices to restore balance in the whole system and tap into our body's intelligence and inner wisdom. Grounded in our Being, we cultivate peace in our heart, strength in our spirit, and kindness toward ourselves and the world we belong to. No prior experience required. To prepare: avoid food 2 hours before the practice and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mat and optional blanket required.
